As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivering outstanding marketing and tech-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Multiple Accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Coordinate with creative, social media, and content teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Handling clients’ objections.
• Identify clients’ problems.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and client feedback.
• Identify new opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or client servicing in a marketing or tech agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to influence the decision maker.
• Experience in using CRM (preferred but not required).
• Positive Attitude
• Have Knowledge about digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
