Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Construction Manager at UECC. The Construction Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure project schedules and budgets are met, supervise project teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to uphold quality standards and safety policies. The role will involve managing resources, identifying project risks, and implementing corrective measures to ensure the successful completion of large-scale construction projects.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Time Management, and Scheduling skills
• Knowledge of Construction Methods, Techniques, and Building Code Compliance
• Team Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Communication skills
• Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Cost Control expertise
• Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools
• Understanding of Safety Regulations, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction or project management
• Experience with large-scale or complex infrastructure projects is a plus
