Job Description

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of BMS systems, VFDs, MCC, MDB, LV panels, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution networks
• Monitor electrical load, voltage stability, power quality, and protection systems
• Support operation and maintenance of utilities equipment including steam generators, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, water-cooled chillers, and RO plants
• Plan and track preventive maintenance activities through SAP PM
• Lead predictive maintenance activities including thermographic and ultrasound inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and supervise utilities technicians to ensure effective daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial electrical utilities or manufacturing environments
• Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, MCC, and MDB
• Experience with BMS, VFDs, and electrical control systems
• Familiarity with SAP PM
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (thermography & ultrasound)
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Good command of English
