Remote Full-Time Inside Sales Associate

Join a fast-growing health-tech company redefining health in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, convert qualified leads, and deliver an exceptional sales experience across our digital health programs.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and eager to grow within a high-impact digital health environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales via calls, WhatsApp, and chat
  • Engage and educate prospective customers on our health programs
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high service standards
  • Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Sales Optimization: Share customer insights to improve scripts, offers, and onboarding flows

Commitment and Compensation

  • Schedule: Full-Time (6 days per week)
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions (details shared during interview)
  • Growth: Clear performance-based career progression within the sales or commercial team

What We Require

We are seeking a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Arabic required; English is a strong plus
  • Experience in health, wellness, insurance, or subscription-based services is an advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and digital sales tools
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in a remote work setup
