Your role:

• Run and scale Meta & Google Ads
• Reduce CAC & improve conversions
• Build and optimize funnels (landing → signup → activation)
• Analyze performance and make real decisions

We’re NOT looking for:

• Someone who just “boosts posts”
• Someone who cares about likes more than sales

We ARE looking for someone who:

• Has managed real ad budgets
• Understands numbers (CTR, CPA, ROAS…)
