Role Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Circle Community Manager to our team. You’ll be the daily presence inside the Circle community, making sure every member feels seen, supported, and guided through their attachment healing journey. 

This is a community role. You’ll be living inside Circle every day, responding to members, sparking conversations, and helping build one of the most engaged attachment communities online.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every new member personally and guide them through their first steps in the community

• Respond to member posts, questions, and comments across all spaces daily

• Post conversation starters, prompts, and engagement content across free and paid spaces

• Monitor community health and flag sensitive situations to the Community Management Lead

• Execute the weekly engagement calendar: Wins of the Week, post-event discussion threads, and space-specific prompts

• Support the onboarding and upsell workflows by ensuring members are guided to the right spaces at the right time

• Identify potential leads and hand raisers and flag to the setter team

• Collect member insights and feedback and report to the Community Management Lead weekly

• Maintain the brand voice across all community interactions: Warm, direct, emotionally intelligent, never clinical or salesy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills. You can write in a warm, human, direct tone without sounding robotic or over-polished

• Ability to craft engaging prompts, responses, and short-form copy that drives conversation and connection

• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent: You understand people who are going through something hard and know how to meet them where they are

• Self-directed and reliable: You show up consistently without being micromanaged

• Comfortable with online community platforms: Circle experience is a plus but not required

• Genuine interest in attachment theory, relationships, or personal development

• Available to cover community during agreed hours including some weekend coverage

• Able to work in US-aligned time zones
