Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
– Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet defined KPIs
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear, data-driven insights
– Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and landing page experiences
– Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the US landscape
– Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad materials
– Ensure campaigns are consistently aligned with brand standards and business objectives
Requirements
– Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns specifically targeting the US market — required
– Professional-level English fluency, both written and verbal — required
– Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
– Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable results
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
– Prior experience in the staffing, recruitment, or B2B services sector
– Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads
– Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
