Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst located on-site in Nasr City. The role involves developing and managing business intelligence dashboards and reports, performing data modeling, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. The analyst will assess business requirements, ensure data accuracy, and leverage BI tools to identify trends and actionable insights that drive operational and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools and creating insightful Dashboards
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Modeling
• Experience in Business Analysis, including identifying trends and supporting data-driven strategies
• Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Work experience in a similar role within a BPO or customer service organization is advantageous
