Job Purpose:

To follow up on daily tasks assigned by the Project Manager, assist in estimating the costs of certain project items, and participate in the inspection and acceptance of completed works

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and quantity surveys received from the Engineering Department.
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the required technical specifications and standards relevant to the discipline.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure efficient and accurate execution of work.
• Review and analyze technical drawings and plans to verify their accuracy and suitability.
• Provide technical support and engineering guidance to the site team whenever required.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress to management.
• Participate in the handover of projects to the Operations Department within the approved timeline.
• Supervise and follow up with the project support team to ensure effective performance and task completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures throughout all phases of project execution.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Office functions and/or the management and execution of engineering projects.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
