Job Description

Astro Paints is hiring a Warehouse Keeper with strong experience in warehouse management, loading operations, and vehicle movement supervision to join our team in Mostakbal City.

Requirements

• Receive and inspect goods, ensuring they match the relevant documentation.
• Accurately record all stock movements (inbound/outbound) in the system.
• Organize the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient loading.
• Fully supervise vehicle loading and verify quantities before dispatch.
• Monitor drivers, routes, deliveries, and returns.
• Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and participate in stock counting.
• Follow up on vehicle custody (if applicable) and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience supervising vehicle loading and managing drivers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Preferably residing near Mostakbal City.
