Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage systems.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, analyze data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Warehousing Management: Proven experience in Warehousing Management and implementing best practices.
• Warehouse Operations: Solid understanding of Warehouse Operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong Team Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent Problem-Solving and decision-making abilities.
• Inventory Control: Experience with Inventory Control and stock management techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
