Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in El Abasia El Qeblia. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong employer branding strategies, and maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates. The role includes responsibilities such as sourcing and interviewing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring techniques
• Knowledge in developing and enhancing Employer Branding initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
