Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure performance and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for smooth project execution
  • Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and material usage

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, with proven experience in a managerial role
  • Strong background in construction project management (real estate projects preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
  • PMP certification is a plus
