Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Tourism Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing guided tours, planning and overseeing tourism initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure memorable guest experiences. Additional duties involve coordinating with local partners, supporting marketing efforts for tourism campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of travel arrangements and itineraries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and a strong background in Tourism Management
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to address and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
• Experience in Tourism Marketing and a solid understanding of the tourism industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Egyptian tourist destinations and local culture is highly desirable
• Flexibility to operate in a hybrid work environment
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead a team in a fast-paced industry
