يعلن منتدى شباب التعاون الإسلامي وهو منظمة دولية تابعة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي عن دعوة شباب الدول الإسلامية للتقدم بالتسجيل للمشاركة في فعالية مخيم الدوحة الشبابي للعمل التطوعي والإنساني وذلك بالتعاون مع جمعية الهلال الأحمر القطري في الدوحة خلال الفترة الممتدة من (28 أكتوبر الى 06 نوفمبر 2019) ضمن فعاليات الدوحة عاصمة الشباب الاسلامي 2019 وهو ما يمثل فرصة للشباب الإسلامي لتبادل التجارب والخبرات في مجال العمل التطوعي الإنساني.

أهداف فعالية مخيم الدوحة الشبابي :

• تنمية قدرات الشباب المسلم في مجالات الإغاثة وإدارة الكوارث.
• طرح ومناقشة تجارب بعض الدول الإسلامية في العمل التطوعي والإنساني والإغاثي.
• تحفيز الشباب على اكتساب ونشر ثقافة المسؤولية المجتمعية والعمل التطوعي.

تفاصيل فعالية مخيم الدوحة الشبابي :

الفعالية عبارة عن عملية محاكاة وتعايش حقيقي وواقعي لحالة اللاجئين والمتضررين من الكوارث الطبيعية والحروب، بحيث أنّ السكن طوال فترة المخيم سيكون في خيم مشابهة لمخيم اللاجئين.

مدّة المخيم:

10 أيام.

الفترة:

يقام المخيم خلال الفترة من 28 اكتوبر إلى 6 نوفمبر 2019(الوصول قبل الفعالية بيوم والمغادرة بعدها بيوم).

ضوابط المشاركة في  فعالية مخيم الدوحة الشبابي 

-أ-الشروط العامة:

1. أن تكون الفئة العمرية من 18-30 سنة من الجنسين.
2. أن تكون المشاركة من شباب الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي أو ممثلي احدى المجتمعات الاسلامية.
3. أن يقدم المشارك شهادة معتمدة تثبت انه حسن السيرة والسلوك.
4. أن يلتزم المشارك بالضوابط والاجراءات الخاصة بالفعالية المعتمدة من قبل اللجنة المنظمة.

-ب- معايير الاختيار:

سوف تتم دراسة استمارات التسجيل والسير الذاتية المرسلة عن طريق فريق فرز المشاركات وفقاً للمعايير التالية:

1. القدرة على فهم اللغة العربية والانجليزية لأنها لغة التدريب.
2. القدرة على العمل الميداني الشاق.
3. تقديم المشارك لشهادة طبية معتمدة تثبت أنه لائق صحياً.
4. اجتياز المشارك للاختبار الصحي الاجباري.
5. امتلاك تجربة في مجال العمل الإنساني والتطوعي.
6. القدرة على العمل الجماعي.

كيفية التسجيل والمشاركة في فعالية مخيم الدوحة الشبابي 

1. ترسل استمارة المشاركة قبل موعد اغلاق التسجيل للفعالية وذلك بتاريخ 28 سبتمبر
2. ارفاق السيرة الذاتية والبيانات المطلوبة من خلال الرابط الالكتروني على موقع الدوحة عاصمة الشباب الإسلامي: https://www.dohaiyc.qa
3. سيتلقى المشاركون الذين تم اختيارهم تأكيداً للمشاركة من خلال البريد الالكتروني الخاص بهم كما هو مبين في استمارة التسجيل.

نفقات السفر والإقامة:

ستقوم الدولة المضيفة بتغطية مصاريف ونفقات السفر ذهاباً وإياباً من وإلى بلد الإقامة بالإضافة إلى تكاليف الإقامة والوجبات والتنقلات الداخلية.

Doha Youth Camp for Voluntary and Humanitarian Work

Overview:

The human being represents a fundamental value in the code of Islamic ethics, and young people work to consolidate this value through giving, sharing, and caring. Societies are constructed upon cooperation among their members regardless of their status, because society is like one body, when one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with sleeplessness and fever. Young people represent a shield for this societal body, as Youth is the power of the nation.

In this context, the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), an international organization affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), invites the youth of Muslim countries to register for Doha Youth Camp for Voluntary and Humanitarian Work, in cooperation with Qatar Red Crescent in Doha (from  October 28th to  November 6^th, 2019), as part of the activities of “Doha, Capital of Islamic Youth for 2019”, which represents an opportunity for young Muslims to exchange experiences and expertise in the field of volunteering and humanitarian work.

Objectives of the event:

‐  Developing the capabilities of Muslim youth in the fields of relief and disaster management.

‐ Putting forward and discussing the experiences of some Islamic countries in volunteerism, humanitarian, and relief work.

‐ Encouraging young people to acquire and disseminate a culture of social responsibility and volunteerism.

Program Details:

The event will be a simulation of real and realistic experience of the situation of refugees and the victims of natural disasters and wars. Throughout the camp period, participants will live in tents similar to the refugee camps’.

Duration:

10 days.

Period:

The camp will be held from October 28^th to November 6^th 2019 (The arrival of participants is scheduled one day before the start and departure one day after).

Participation Regulations:

A- General Conditions:

‐ Participants must be from 18 to 30 years old for both genders.

‐Participation is allowed to young people belonging to OIC Member States or being young representatives of Muslim communities.

-The participant shall submit an accredited certificate proving that he has a sound reputation and good conduct.

-The participant must adhere to the event’s regulations and procedures as stated by the organizing committee.

 B- Selection criteria:

The Curriculum Vitae sent by the candidate will be evaluated by the selection team according to the following criteria:

Being able to understand Arabic And English language as it will be used to conduct the training.

Being able to adapt to hard field activities.

Providing medical certificate proving he/she is healthy and fit.

Passing compulsory medical examination.

Having previous experience in humanitarian and volunteer work.

Being able to work in teams.

C- Registration and participation mechanism:

Application form must be sent at least one month before the date of the event, due to September 28^th, 2019.

Selected participants will receive a confirmation of participation in the training through their email as indicated in the application form.

Travel and Accommodation Expenses:

The host country will cover travel expenses to and from the participant’s country of residence as well as accommodation, meals, and internal transportation.
