The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations mentorships coaching - trainings. 2020 /2021 - 2022 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the talent management activities among the companies business units
• Generate Talent Review exercises periodical reports and consolidate them
• Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups
• Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the groups business units
• Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses
• Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle

Qualification - Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management or HR is an advantage
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Management - Performance
• Advanced in MS Excel
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about numbers with analytical skills
