Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Alexandria. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining job postings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing strong hiring strategies, and managing recruitment-related records and documentation to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
• Knowledge of Human Resource practices, and recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Skills in problem-solving, time management, and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and basic data management
• Previous experience in the foodservice or restaurant industry is a plus
