Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving Organdy’s commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand’s market reach. Your mission is to support revenue growth, strengthen business relationships, and open new channels for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and spot expansion potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align growth strategies.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and support decision-making.
- Attend meetings, events, and exhibitions to represent Organdy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work independently.
- Passion for fashion, branding, and market expansion.
