Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Scheduling, managing calendars, answering calls/emails, filing, and general clerical tasks.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, running reference checks, preparing contracts, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee databases, digital/physical files, and personnel data.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with time/attendance tracking, processing payroll, managing benefit claims, and communicating with vendors.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handling basic complaints, and assisting with performance management.
- Reporting: Generating reports on HR activities and preparing data for management.
- Termination Support: Handling exit paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, HR software, and databases.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role.
- Excellent English level (spoken and written).
- Fluent English (spoken & written) is mandatory – this is a core requirement for the role.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- We are looking for a professional HR Assistant to join our team and work remotely.
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Shift: From 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Egypt Time)
