Job Description

– Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard times (SMVs).
– Improve production efficiency and line performance.
– Support capacity planning and workflow optimization.
– Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
– Proven experience in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
– Strong knowledge of time study, motion study, and work measurement.
– Experience in line balancing, SMV calculation, and productivity improvement.
– Ability to analyze production data and support efficiency optimization.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
