Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide overall supervision and central coordination over all branches of the organization, ensuring the standardization of policies and procedures, enhancement of operational efficiency, achievement of institutional discipline, and assurance of service quality, in alignment with the approved strategic plans and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Directly oversee the performance of all branches and monitor their compliance with approved policies and regulations.
  2. Develop operational plans for branches, follow up on their implementation, and periodically evaluate results.
  3. Coordinate between technical sectors and branches to ensure effective information flow and timely decision-making.
  4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for branches, analyze performance gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  5. Standardize work mechanisms and operational procedures across branches to achieve institutional efficiency and equity.
  6. Ensure the optimal allocation of workforce across branches and identify training needs.
  7. Review branches’ complaints and suggestions, address them accordingly, and submit relevant recommendations to senior management.
  8. Oversee the implementation of quality, governance, and compliance standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare periodic performance reports on branches and submit them to senior management, including recommendations and development proposals.
  10. Represent the organization before relevant entities concerning branch-related matters, in accordance with approved authorities and delegations.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher qualification relevant to the nature of the job.

Proficiency in the English language.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Not less than 14 years of experience
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to build local partnerships.
  • Knowledge of governing laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Agility and problem-solving abilities.
