For a Manufacturing Company
We are looking for a professional HR Manager with strong experience in manufacturing and factory environments, capable of building and managing the entire HR system and handling labor relations efficiently.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employees’ affairs (hiring, contracts, attendance, discipline, terminations).
- Develop and implement salary, wages, and incentive structures aligned with productivity.
- Handle daily communication and problem-solving with workers and supervisors.
- Prepare and maintain internal regulations, penalties, and reward systems in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Manage social insurance and labor office files.
- Organize and maintain the company’s organizational and job structure.
- Develop and professionalize the HR department.
???? Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in factories or manufacturing companies.
- Strong experience dealing with blue-collar workers and shift-based environments.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Experience in payroll, incentives, allowances, and disciplinary systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly organized with good planning ability.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to work full-time, onsite in an office-based arrangement.
