Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote SkillBridge’s recruitment services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Present and promote recruitment and talent acquisition solutions to clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in recruitment or HR services is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and remotely
