Job Description

This role is responsible for hiring and supporting employees and interns for preschool camps and back-to-school programs. The job covers the full hiring process, onboarding, intern follow-up, payroll coordination, and building partnerships with schools and universities to find the right talent.

• Manage recruitment for full-time, seasonal, outsourced, and intern roles, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Handle onboarding by preparing contracts, welcoming new hires, and explaining company policies, schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee internship programs by hiring interns, setting expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and recommending top performers.
• Coordinate basic training and follow up on employee and intern performance with supervisors.
• Manage payroll support by tracking attendance, preparing payment data, and resolving payroll issues in coordination with finance.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance logs, and staffing reports.
• Build and manage partnerships with schools and universities for internship sourcing and campus recruitment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field.

Years of experience: 1-3

Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.

Good communication and organization skills.

Ability to work with different teams and external partners.

Comfortable using Excel and basic HR tools.

Experience in education, camps, or kids’ activities is a plus.
