Job Description
- Develop and execute the brand strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the brand image and ensure consistency of visual identity and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead brand marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital) from concept development through execution and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to align brand strategies with product attributes and market requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, food industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead and support new product launches from a brand and marketing perspective.
- Manage the brand budget and monitor marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and external vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Track and evaluate brand performance using key KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, and brand equity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and legal requirements related to food product marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in brand management.
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour within the food and FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and integrated marketing campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
