Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality & Documentation Officer responsible for ensuring that all project outputs meet required quality standards and that documentation is properly managed, controlled, and compliant with relevant ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirements
- Manage document control, versioning, and updates across projects
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 56002 and ISO 56004 standards
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation records
- Prepare official delivery packages in line with agreed formats and standards
- Develop and maintain delivery tracking matrices and documentation logs
- Support teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of all documents
