Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1-Material #Quality Control: Inspect and test incoming raw materials or samples against project specifications, general codes, and requirements;
-maintain approved samples in the #laboratory.
2-Technical Testing & Reporting: Conduct necessary tests for all execution stages and project design mixes; prepare, approve, and archive technical reports.
3-External Laboratory Coordination: Oversee the dispatch of samples to specialized external labs, evaluate incoming reports against project standards, and maintain records.
4-Equipment Calibration: Execute the calibration plan for laboratory instruments and manage all calibration documentation.
5-Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the site team and the central mixing plant for all concrete pouring activities.
6-Reporting & Documentation: Submit weekly and monthly production and laboratory status reports to the Direct Manager, and provide test result reports to the Project Consultant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
• Proven knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge of industry best practices.
