وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

Role Objective:

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for owning and growing Ootlah’s activity deals across assigned destinations. You will play a key role in sourcing, curating, and optimizing high-quality experience packages, ensuring they are accurately presented, competitively priced, and aligned with customer expectations. This role combines market research, vendor relationship management, and commercial negotiation to drive bookings, improve margins, and enhance overall platform performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Market & Destination Management:

 ● Research market trends, seasonality, and customer preferences for assigned destinations.

 ● Analyze competitor offerings to ensure Ootlah’s experiences remain attractive and relevant.

Vendor & Partnership Management:

 ● Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and attractions.

 ● Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and exclusivity agreements to maximize value.

 ● Maintain long-term partnerships through regular communication and performance follow-ups.

Package & Performance Optimization:

 ● Curate and optimize activity packages to ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing.

 ● Collaborate with internal teams to improve visibility, conversion, and customer experience.

 ● Monitor package performance, bookings, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 ● 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or Marketplace Operations.

 ● E-commerce or online marketplace experience is a strong plus.

 ● Strong negotiation, vendor sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

 ● Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate pricing, performance, and market data.

 ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

 ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Success Metrics:

● Number of high-quality, bookable activity packages onboarded.

 ● Competitive pricing and improved profit margins across assigned destinations.

 ● Growth in bookings and positive customer reviews.
