Job Description

Master Link Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and contractual functions across our construction projects and ensure profitability, cost control, and risk mitigation

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the main contract including variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual notices
• Oversee project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow
• Lead subcontract commercial management (payments, variations, final accounts)
• Prepare and manage claims, prolongation costs, and negotiations
• Monitor cost vs revenue vs margin and implement corrective actions
• Review and support tendering and pre-contract commercial activities
• Prepare monthly commercial reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC / bespoke contract conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 10-15 years experience with main contracting companies
• Strong background in FIDIC contracts, claims, quantity surveying  and cost control
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and reporting skills
