Job Description
Purpose Of The RoleAs a Sales Engineer, he will be responsible for promoting and selling Syncrow’s smart IoT solutions directly to customers in Saudi Arabia. He will provide tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers through marketing leads and direct inquiries.Conduct in-home product demonstrations and explain the benefits clearly and simply.Prepare personalized proposals and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations.Maintain long-term customer relationships and coordinate with installation teams.Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.Report market insights and customer feedback to internal teams.Represent Syncrow at local events and exhibitions to promote smart home solutions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of sales experience in ELV-related projects, preferably in smart home, IoT, or technology sectors.Strong communication skills to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.Valid Saudi driving license.Excellent customer service and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Solid technical understanding of IoT and smart home systems.Experience using CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.Fluent in Arabic and English.Saudi National.Location: Alyasmin , Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
