Key responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the SAP landscape, ensuring system stability.
• Manage and oversee daily SAP system operations.
• Coordinate with the external SAP support partner to ensure timely issue resolution and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and service quality.
• Act as the primary communication channel between business users and technical support teams.
• Support ongoing improvements across SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Good overall understanding of SAP modules and related business processes.
• Experience managing SAP environments and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking industry experience is a strong plus within the Egyptian banking sector.
