Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional at Winners Coldwellbanker, with opportunities available for both fresh graduates and experienced individuals. The position is based in El Tagamoa El Khames. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves showcasing properties, handling negotiations, and supporting clients through the transaction process.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with an understanding of local property markets and industry trends.
• Proven experience or skills in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.
