Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum works, glazing systems, and façade projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Align with other departments in the pre-tendering phase and execution phase.
• Prepare and present cost estimation reports and tender documents for management review and client submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in cost estimation within the aluminum, glazing, or façade industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications.
