Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and international trade requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Communicate with international customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and documentation.
• Verify letters of credit (LCs) and payment terms in coordination with finance teams when applicable.
• Maintain accurate export records and update ERP or logistics systems.
• Support sales and logistics teams with export pricing, quotations, and shipment planning.
• Prepare export performance reports and support audits when required.
