Key Responsibilities:
·       Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for different departments
·       Coordinate training programs based on business needs.
·       Contribute to OD Activities including updating  job Description , handling performance management System and preparing Organization Charts .
·       Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
•  4–5 years of experience in HR with solid exposure to Recruitment.
• Preferable Pharmaceutical industry.
