Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Handling Coordinator to act as the central link between our customers and international principals. You will own the full order lifecycle — from receiving and understanding customer requests all the way through to delivery confirmation — ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate execution at every step.

Job Description

• Receive and analyze customer inquiries and purchase requests, ensuring a full understanding of product specifications and requirements
• Coordinate with international principals to place orders, follow up on confirmations, and track shipment progress
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and principals, ensuring clear and timely communication at all stages
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation
• Assist in managing import documentation and coordinate with the customs clearance team
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, correspondence, and delivery timelines
• Prepare regular order status reports for internal management and customers
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper goods receiving and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in order management, import coordination, or a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international principals
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive) and comfortable working on macOS
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with a strong eye for detail
• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Polyurethane, or Lighting industries is a plus
• Knowledge of the Nafeza (ACID) system and Egyptian import procedures is a preferred asset
