Job Description

• Conduct fabric inspection upon receipt (shade, defects, GSM, width, handfeel, shrinkage).
• Approve or reject fabric rolls based on inspection results.
• Inspect garments at all production stages (cutting – sewing – finishing).
• Carry out in-line and final inspections according to quality standards.
• Report defects, non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure trims, accessories, and materials meet required specifications.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow AQL standards and ensure compliance with Fashion design and production Department (B.U).

Requirements

• Previous experience in QC or QA in apparel (3-4 years).
• Strong knowledge of fabric types and fabric inspection methods.
• Understanding of garment construction and production flow.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
