Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo ERP to support client processes across departments. Ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and process improvement.

• Gather and document business requirements
• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
• Map and optimize business workflows
• Support data migration and system testing
• Train users and support go-live
• Coordinate with technical team for customizations

• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation
• Strong business process understanding (finance, supply chain, operations)
• Functional knowledge of core Odoo modules
• Good client communication skills

Must be

• 5+ years odoo functional experience
• Multiple ERP/Odoo projects delivered
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or services
