In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic financial leadership and business support to drive organizational performance and profitability. You will partner closely with senior management and department heads to deliver actionable financial insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of fiscal responsibility across all operations. Strategic Leadership**Develop and maintain key relationships with the General Manager, Executive Committee, and department heads to provide comprehensive financial support and strategic guidanceCollaborate with operational leaders to analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance business effectivenessContribute to critical business decisions regarding revenue generation, cost management, and capital investmentsSupport department heads in developing and implementing corrective action plans based on internal and external audit findingsAttend and actively participate in revenue management meetings to identify opportunities and risks across all revenue streamsBuild strong business relationships with stakeholders by participating in strategic discussions and responding proactively to initiatives**Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis**Prepare, analyze, and interpret comprehensive financial data and reports in a clear, comprehensible manner for all organizational levelsLead the development and implementation of annual budgets, capital budgets, and rolling forecasts in conjunction with the General Manager and department headsEstablish and maintain accurate financial reporting procedures, ensuring timely delivery of monthly internal benchmarking and operational performance analysis reportsMonitor and analyze balance sheet accounts, identifying meaningful variations and communicating findings to senior managementIdentify and implement best practices and benchmarking techniques to enhance revenues, improve productivity, and optimize cost efficienciesManage all facets of the capital process, including fixed asset tracking, sub-ledger maintenance, and depreciation managementEnsure accurate and consistent recording of financial and statistical data across a unified chart of accounts and expense dictionary**Compliance, Risk Management & Controls**Maintain fiduciary responsibility to the organization and stakeholders by ensuring full compliance with policies, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirementsSafeguard organizational assets and interests by serving as the guardian of management agreements, contracts, and critical legal documentsConduct regular operational risk assessments, establish and maintain a comprehensive risk register, and develop action plans to mitigate identified risksEnsure proper segregation of duties, monitor internal control systems regularly, and document compliance with established control proceduresApprove all cash disbursements and ensure proper documentation and execution of all financial transactionsDevelop, implement, and monitor credit and collection procedures in accordance with corporate policiesEnsure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents in accordance with company protocol**People & Talent Management**Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing finance and accounting team members in alignment with organizational guidelinesConduct comprehensive training needs analysis and design targeted development programs to enhance team capabilitiesDeliver coaching, constructive feedback, and performance management to foster professional growth and accountabilityConduct formal performance reviews and probation assessments in accordance with company standardsPlan for future staffing needs through succession planning and identification of high-potential team membersMaintain positive team relationships through regular communication and transparent dialogueOptimize staffing levels and operational efficiency while maintaining departmental standards and procedures**Additional Responsibilities**Prepare and present special financial reports as required by senior management and corporate officeInteract with external stakeholders including legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, and financial institutionsEnsure compliance with all local laws, fiscal regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to the Riyadh locationDevelop business acumen across all leadership levels to enhance understanding of financial impact on overall organizational performanceQualifications**Required Education & Certifications**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Professional accounting designation or CPA certification requiredMBA or advanced finance certification preferred**Required Experience**Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, capital projects management, or related finance functionsMinimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience managing and developing teams and overseeing complex projectsProven experience in multiple areas including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysisExperience in hospitality, hotel operations, or similar service-oriented industry strongly preferredDemonstrated experience with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial software for reporting and analysis**Required Skills & Competencies**Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detailExceptional financial analysis, interpretation, and forecasting capabilitiesProficiency in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modelingStrong knowledge of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management principlesComprehensive understanding of GAAP regulations, accounting procedures, and capital projects management standardsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel capabilitiesExperience with cash flow management and capital budgeting processes**Preferred Qualifications**Experience with hospitality management agreements and revenue management conceptsKnowledge of Saudi Arabia’s regulatory and
