Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the sales team responsible for live broilers and by-products, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management review.
  • Conduct training and mentoring sessions for sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of service and support.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and expand the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the poultry, agro-food, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of live broilers and by-products market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and travel as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and company values.
