For a big Tourism company located in Heliopolis. We are looking for Senior MICE Counselor with fluent Spanish language. The ideal candidate will also work at all times to sell existing and new products at very competitive service that satisfy existing customers and attract new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound MICE reservations, venue finding, negotiation of rates, sending cost sheet within minimum time
• Follow up with the clients until confirmations are received
• Follow up on payment, invoices, etc.
• Ensure that operation of meetings, meals, etc. are handled to perfection
• Close files with all related details
• Keep an excellent relation with clients
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• Min 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Excellent in English and Spanish languages.
• Multi-Task
• Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Time management skills.
