Job Description

• Assist in designing, developing, and refining prompts for various AI use cases.
• Test, evaluate, and analyze AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance prompt performance and align outputs with business objectives.
• Conduct research to identify best practices in prompt engineering and AI usage.
• Document findings, improvements, and contribute to building and maintaining internal prompt libraries.
• Monitor AI performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong English (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage. (is plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to convert ideas into prompts
