Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of proven experience in financial management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite plus ERP Systems especially.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector is a plus.
