As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with LAPESCA’s business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, social media, promotions, in-store marketing).
- Drive sales growth across all café branches and delivery channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Manage branding, positioning, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with operations to launch new products, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Lead and supervise the marketing and sales team, setting KPIs and performance targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns.
- Build partnerships, collaborations, and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
