#Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Oversee & Create all social media content (posts, ideas, scripts, copywriting, reels)
• Manage daily social media activities (posting, engagement, messages, community management)
• Monitor performance and prepare regular reports (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)
• Lead and coordinate designers, setting priorities and ensuring quality output
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent marketing messaging
• Work closely with management to achieve marketing and business goals

#Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in Social Media Management (FMCG preferred), management scope is a must.
• Strong understanding of regional markets (Egypt / GCC)
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (Arabic & English)
• Experience with paid campaigns and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
