Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Operations Manager. The role involves optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining efficient operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with internal teams, supporting communication between sales and operations, and implementing strategies to improve team performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Operations Management to evaluate processes and implement data-driven improvements
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams and clients
