We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a leading retail company with multiple branches.

Responsibilities :
• Handling employee relations.
• Managing Full recruitment processes.
• Assisting with OD initiatives.
• Coordinating employee development & performance cycles.
• Conducting new hire orientations.
• Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports.
• Handle personnel operations and employee records.
• Support payroll preparation and coordination.

Requirements :
▪ 2-3 years of experience in HR.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
▪ Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law.
▪ Excellent Excel skills.
