Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Assistant at our headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. The Admin Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation and records, and provide clerical and organizational support to the team. The role requires proficiency in managing communication, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The Admin Assistant will also support executives with administrative tasks and contribute to an organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting office workflows
- Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Capability in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
