We’re Hiring: Business Developer / Client Acquisition Specialist for Interior Design company
We are an interior design and finishing company looking for a motivated Business Developer to help us bring in new clients and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
– Find and contact potential clients who need interior design, 3D design, or finishing services
– Reach out to property owners, real estate companies, brokers, and people who recently bought apartments or villas
– Generate leads through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms
– Follow up with interested clients and book meetings
– Build partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and companies that can refer clients
– Present our services professionally and explain our design and finishing process
– Keep track of leads and follow-ups
– Help close deals and convert leads into projects
Requirements:
– Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
– Preferably experience in interior design, finishing, real estate, or architecture
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Able to do cold calls, follow-up, and build relationships
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
– Good English is a plus
– Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online lead generation
Compensation:
– Fixed salary + commission on every project brought in
– Opportunity for high income based on performance
