Role Description

This is a full-time in Giza, Egypt remote role for a Technical Implementation & Support Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering and supporting our innovative healthcare IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of HealthTOM solutions (PACS, VNA, AI Reporting, Teleradiology)
• Configure and integrate systems using DICOM, HL7, and FHIR standards
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients (remote & on-site when needed)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Conduct training sessions for client technical and operational teams
• Assist in pre-sales technical discussions when required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT or similar technical roles

Strong knowledge of:

• DICOM / PACS systems
• HL7 / FHIR integration
• Networking, servers, and system deployment
• database systems (SQL/ NoSQL)

• Experience with Windows/Linux environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on technical documentation and client interaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in remote settings with cross-functional teams
